Bloom Wholesale Fashion Contest — Official Rules & Terms
1. Contest Period
The Contest opens on March 1, 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 11:59 PM IST on August 8, 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Entries submitted before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open globally to anyone over the age of 16 who is interested in fashion, design, or creative arts.
Applicants must currently be attending a school, college, university, or training institution.
Employees of Bloom Wholesale, its partners, subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, applicants must:

Write an original essay of 500–1000 words on the topic:
“How to Create a Women’s Clothing Design That Sells in the Times of AI.” -
Submit the essay along with:

Full Name

Email Address
-
Name of School / Institution currently attending
-

This submission package constitutes the “Entry.”
Entries containing plagiarized, AI-generated, or previously published content will be disqualified.
4. Submission Requirements
All Entries must:

Be written entirely by the entrant.

Be submitted in English.

Not contain obscene, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Bloom Wholesale reserves the right to remove or disqualify any Entry that violates these rules.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected to receive the:
$2,000 Bloom Wholesale Clothing Talent Scholarship
(“Prize”)
The scholarship is intended to support the winner’s educational or creative pursuits.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of Bloom Wholesale.
6. Selection Process
Entries will be reviewed by the Bloom Wholesale selection committee (the “Panel”).
The Panel will evaluate Entries based on:

Originality
-
Creativity
-
Relevance to the topic
-
Practical understanding of modern fashion and AI
The winner will be announced on September 26, 2026.
All decisions made by the Panel are final and binding.
7. Intellectual Property
By submitting an Entry, entrants confirm that the work is their own.
Entrants grant Bloom Wholesale a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Entry for:

Announcing the contest winner

Scholarship marketing and promotional materials

Display on Bloom Wholesale’s website or social media
Any additional use beyond promotional purposes will be discussed with the entrant.
8. Personal Data
Personal information provided during the Entry process will be used solely for administering this Contest and contacting winners.
No information will be sold or provided to unrelated third parties.
9. No Purchase Necessary
No payment, purchase, or participation in any Bloom Wholesale services is required to enter.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bloom Wholesale is not responsible for:

Lost, damaged, or delayed entries

Technical issues with email or internet access

Any damages or losses related to participation or the Prize
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Wholesale excludes all liability connected with the Contest.
11. Right to Modify or Cancel
Bloom Wholesale reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
